Why stage? In today’s market, with many houses to choose from, it is important to help homes stand out to buyers by creating an environment that is both visually and emotionally appealing.
By creating a series of first impressions, and showcasing the home’s best features, the buyer connects emotionally and is able to visualize living there.
Our ultimate goal is to stage your home in the best showcase condition, so it sells at the best possible price in the shortest possible time by transforming houses into homes that buyers can visualize themselves living in
Ensure your property has the competitive edge.
In 1993, Renee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles from North Carolina State University. After graduating from NCSU, she went on to work for a major apparel brand throughout the Southeast United States where she gained 22 years of experience in visual merchandising, space planning and project management. Renee loved all facets of her position, yet, she always had the desire to become an entrepreneur. She loved interior design as much as fashion. In 2016, she decided it was time to embark on her dream and she started her own home staging business.
Renee's extensive background in visual merchandising, space planning, and her ability to connect with people sets her apart. Her acquired skillset helps her support realtors and guide homeowners in the right direction when asking them to make changes to the home that they have put so much of themselves into.
Renee believes in explaining the "why's" behind everything she asks of the her clients. The more realtors and homeowners know about her process, the more likely they are willing to make the changes required to showcase the property in the best light possible.
